A native New Orleanian, “the Belle” is a graduate of the notably historic St. Mary’s Academy High School led by the Sisters of the Holy Family. She’s also a graduate of Delgado Community College, Jackson State University, and Saint Leo University in Tampa, Florida where she attained a Master in Business Administration.
